Tomorrow morning, state legislators will hold the very first hearing on an important policy proposal to help every Minnesota student thrive: the "All Kids Count Act." Led by Sen. Susan Kent and Rep. Rena Moran, this act would improve our system of collecting and reporting student achievement data, making it possible to target resources to learners who need the most support.

Please take two minutes to tell your legislators that you believe all kids count.

By disaggregating and cross-tabulating student achievement data, this act would help state leaders and educators know how Hmong students are doing on the MCAs, which schools are doing great work graduating black male learners and much, much more. With this data, we can make smarter decisions about how to move all students forward.

Act now and stay tuned for future opportunities to advocate for this important policy.
