Today we released analysis of Minnesota’s NAEP test scores, also known as the Nation’s Report Card, and while Minnesota edged up in educational proficiency, the state’s achievement gaps remain exceptionally large compared to other states–particularly in racial and income subgroups–and in many instances those gaps widened.
