The House DFL Caucus announced today that it plans to invest an additional $1 billion back into our community. Of that, $92 million will be earmarked for needed education spending. I was especially happy to see that much of the new education spending will help implement the educator evaluations and expand early learning MinneMinds scholarships for our low-income kids–a proposal carried by Rep.
